How long is delivery?
Subject to the availability (or else identified on the website for special promo items), all orders will ship out the same day if received before 12pm, or next day if ordered after 12pm EST.
Can I change or Cancel an order?
If you wish to change or cancel an order that has not yet been shipped please contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-265-3344 anytime between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday EST, excluding public holidays. Or send an email to navcanada@festival.net which is monitored from 7am till 10pm. Please have the order number available. If the order has already been shipped, weâll work with you to find a solution.
What should I do if an item is received damaged or broken in transit?
Please report any delivery, quantity or quality discrepancies to navcanada@festival.net and we will replace the item(s).
What if Iâd like an item that isnât featured on the site?
Please send an email to totalrewards@navcanada.ca. Total Rewards will work with you and Festival Promotions to understand your project and maintain consistency across the organization.
